A Rockingham motel manager was tied up after a man stole cash from the safe in the early hours of this morning.
About 2am, the 25-year-old manager of the Leisure Inn on Chalgrove Avenue was locking up the premises when she was confronted by a man with a knife.
The man forced her back inside the building, stole cash from the safe then tied the woman up and fled the scene.
She was only discovered when the security company contacted another manager because the alarm had not been set.
Police said there was no description of the offender available because his face and hands were covered.
